  1. Orders received will be processed and shipped out after 2 days of orders.

  2. If delivery day fall on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, order will be shipped by next working day.

  3. The delivery will take place by 2.30pm every day. Please note that, orders send by afternoon will processed and shipped out by next day.

  4. We offer free shipping for purchases with a net value of RM100 or more in East Malaysia (EM) and a RM10 discount on shipping for orders over RM120 in West Malaysia (WM). For orders below these amounts, please refer to our website at checkout to see shipping costs based on your delivery address.

  5. Customers must follow up on parcel movements and receive parcel. If there is an overdue receipt by the shipping company, the replacement postage must be borne by the customer.

  6. Customer can choose to collect order at Popolo Groups (M) Sdn. Bhd. Customer shall pickup order within 3 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

  7. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered in the website/mobile app is accurate and complete. Popolo Groups (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect delivery information.
